I, J Naveen, started my journey in the world of Stock Market in 2017. I got hooked into the world of Charts and Technical Analysis since the beginning. After reading and gaining knowledge about lots of things I developed my own strategy. I got my SEBI Registration in Aug 2021. I have been a full time Research Analyst since then. Grievance Redressal Process

Client queries and complaints constitute an important voice and this policy details grievance handling through a structured grievance redressal framework. The Research Analyst and employees work in good faith and without prejudice, towards the interests of the Clients. Grievance Redressal Mechanism — Client''s queries/complaints may arise due to lack of understanding or a deficiency of service experienced by clients. Deficiency of service may include lack of explanation, clarifications, understanding which escalates into shortfalls in the expected delivery standards, either due to inadequacy of facilities available or through the attitude of staff towards client.
